1. Acceptance
By using the Mimfold mobile app, the Mimfold website, or the Mimfold Saver browser extension, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Account
You are responsible for the security of your account. You agree to use accurate, up-to-date account information, keep your sign-in credentials private, and notify us if you notice any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Content and rights
We do not own the content you save to Mimfold. You grant us only the limited technical permissions we need to operate the app: storing your media, syncing it across your devices, indexing it for search, and helping you share it.
When you save content from third-party platforms, you are responsible for complying with copyright, privacy, and the rules of those platforms.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful, harmful, harassing, or infringing purposes, or in ways that damage other people's accounts or systems. Automated abuse, bypassing security controls, and attempts to disrupt the service are not allowed.
5. Extension and third-party platforms
The Mimfold Saver extension interacts with third-party sites such as X/Twitter. If those platforms change their design, rules, or access, the extension may stop working. Mimfold is not responsible for the content or policies of third-party platforms.
6. AI features
Any automatic descriptions or tags Mimfold may produce in the future are assistive only; they may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You should not rely on AI output alone for important decisions.
7. Paid features
We may offer paid plans or premium features in the future. If we do, the price, renewal terms, and cancellation rules will be displayed on the purchase screen before you confirm.
8. Changes to the service
We may add, change, or remove features to improve Mimfold. We may also limit access to an account where required by law, security, or to address abuse.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". You are responsible for backing up your data and for the rights to use the content you save. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
